Shipping and Returns

Once you place an order, we are able to ship out your order within 3-4 business days.

Domestic Shipping 

• We offer free shipping on all orders across India.
• Once dispatched, an email with tracking details will be sent to you.
• Orders take upto 2-4 days to reach Metro cities and up to 7 days to reach tier 2 and 3 cities in India. 
• One or two-day shipping is possible for metro cities in the South Indian Zone.  If you are requesting urgent shipping for an occasion, please drop an email to hello@ilamra.com.

International Shipping

• We ship worldwide at standard shipping rates (calculated at checkout). 
• Free international shipping is eligible on orders above INR 22,500.
• We use trusted Logistics partners such as DHL to ensure seamless and prompt delivery.

Exchanges

• We accept requests for exchange within 7 days of receiving the order. Exchanges can be made if issues pertaining to size or fit arise. (i.e., the size chosen by you and the size delivered from us to you do not match). 
• Please send us an email under the subject- ‘Request for Exchange (Invoice No.)’ and the image of the product you wish to exchange.
• After the request for exchange has been made, please ship the product along with the accompanying papers, labels and tags to the below address,
• 7-26-56/2, Sai Smruthi Apartments, Chanakyapuri Colony, Safilguda, Hyderabad, 500 047.
• The product(s) will be scrutinised for any signs of wear and tear - after which they will be processed for an exchange. Please note that the shipping cost for exchange to us will be borne by you, while the shipping cost for delivery to you will be borne by us.

Returns

• In order to avoid excessive inventory, deadstock and unnecessary production costs, we operate on a made-to-order basis, where each piece is specifically dyed, printed and tailored for you - due to which we cannot accept returns.
• However, this allows us to tailor each and every piece from your order as per your requirements, which may include print and colour customisation, custom measurements and minor changes in the pattern.
• Products purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange or return.
• Customised products are specially made to suit your requirements (sizing, pattern or print changes),  we cannot offer any exchange or return on it.
• Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement get a full refund.
